B. Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who lives and breathes APIs—someone who instinctively thinks API-first when writing code. If you eat, sleep, and dream in Node.js or Laravel API layers and thrive on building high-performance, scalable backend systems, this role is for you.Your primary responsibility will be to architect, develop, and optimize APIs that drive our applications. You will lead backend development efforts, ensuring seamless integrations, maintaining high standards of security and scalability, and staying ahead of the curve with the
latest advancements in backend technologies. This role demands expertise in generating code using generative AI. If you have experience in
AI-driven development and API automation, you’ll be an invaluable addition to our team.

What You will Be Working on
  • Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend systems.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between
  • services.
  • Implement API-first design principles, making backend systems modular, reusable, and
  • efficient.
  •  Leverage generative AI to automate code generation and enhance development
  • workflows.
  • Purist approach to software architecture and database schemas.
  • Integrate and utilize AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, and similar for AI-driven
  • applications.
  • Optimize API performance, ensuring low latency and high availability at scale.
  • Lead backend code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure secure API authentication and authorization, implementing OAuth, JWT, and
  • other standards.
  • Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure seamless end-to-end
  • application performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging backend technologies, API trends, and AI integrations to push
  • the boundaries of innovation.

  • Strong experience in Laravel, Node.js frameworks.
  • Must have developed CRMs, Project management tools, ERPs.
  • Expertise in Core & Advanced PHP/Javascript development.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL Database management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, Vue.js, ReactJS (to coordinate with front end team).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

C . Qualification & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture is an advantage.
