About Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Director, Head of Demand Generation, North America to join our Revenue Organization. In this role, you will build and lead the demand generation engine and inside sales floor for the firm, including both BDR pods (Austin and India), helping to drive qualified pipeline across every product line in support of the firm’s growth plan.
If you’re passionate about revenue-first demand generation, account-based marketing, and applying AI across the demand gen workflow, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-focused environment where innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning drive success, we’d love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, metrics-driven, and a player-coach—someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and is eager to contribute to a culture of excellence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sourced, qualified pipeline for all product lines from the direct engine, measured against dated targets with attribution in a single shared CRM.
- Build and lead both BDR pods (Austin and India), including hiring, certification gates before any rep goes live, daily standups, and quarterly pod economics benchmarking.
- Drive speed-to-lead performance on all intent-led inbound, attaining a first-human-touch SLA of five business minutes on high-score completions.
- Develop and execute the capture-layer and campaign engine: tool-led funnels, trigger-led outbound, ABM named-account programs, webinars, and compliant email programs.
- Apply AI across the demand generation workflow (SEO and content strategy, targeting and enrichment, lead scoring, performance analysis), working with a dedicated Technical Lead Gen Specialist.
- Manage channel budgets as capped pilots judged on cost per accepted opportunity, reallocating away from channels that do not pay.
- Partner with the product-line Sales Leaders, VP Partnerships, and Director of Revenue Operations to convert sourced pipeline into closed revenue.
- Ensure every outbound asset passes compliance review before launch, treating conservative language as a positioning advantage in regulated-adjacent categories.
Success Metrics
- Sourced, accepted pipeline – achievement against dated targets, tracked by product line and by capture layer.
- Speed-to-lead SLA attainment – first human touch within five business minutes on high-intent inbound completions.
- Meeting-to-SQL conversion – the quality gate ensuring meetings set convert into sales-accepted opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience – 10+ years in B2B demand generation with a revenue-first orientation, including several years leading teams that span demand generation, marketing operations, and BDR/SDR under one mandate, with a defensible record of measured pipeline against targets.
- Essential technical skills – Hands-on AI application across the demand gen workflow (SEO/content, ABM targeting and enrichment, lead scoring, performance analysis); modern CRM and marketing automation administration; ABM and named-account program execution; pipeline attribution and analytics frameworks that drive budget decisions.
- Preferred – Experience running or partnering with distributed or offshore BDR/SDR floors; tool-led funnel experience (estimators, graders, assessments); time in tech-enabled services, fintech, tax, or advisory categories; a public point of view on AI in demand generation (speaking, writing, or community presence).
